Ballet: Age 5 years and up.
We offer a full R.A.D ( Royal Academy of Dance) ballet program which gives our students the opportunity for examination work

Jazz: Ages 5 years and up

Students under the age of 10 years will be placed in a Jazz/Tap combination class

Tap: Ages 5 years and up

Students under the age of 12 years will be placed in a Jazz/Tap combination class unless in intermediate tap

Modern: Ages 9 years and up

Students 9 - 12 years will be placed in a lyrical/modern combination class. All students entering this genre need 2 years recent ballet or jazz experience.

Lyrical : Ages 9 years and up

Students 9 - 12 years will be placed in a lyrical/modern combination class. All students entering this genre need 2 years recent ballet or jazz experience.

Hip Hop: Ages 8 years and up All Levels!
Emphasis is on hip hop and a hip hop routine. Basic jazz technique will also be taught.

Musical Theatre: Ages 11 years and up
Students will be placed in jazz/musical theatre combination classes

Adult Classes

Hip Hop: all levels ( morning workout!)

Tap: all levels

Combo Class: Options of Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Contemporary, Hula, Modern, and Ballet. The genre changes every six weeks!

Solos, Duets and Small groups

These classes are done through separate contracts with individual instructors. They usually consist of a six week session ($30.00 /hour for solos, and, $35.00/ hour for duets and small groups)

Performance Group

Swing, Charleston, Jive, etc. ( sorry, Salmon Arm only at this time), for both 12 years and under, as well as, 13 years and up

We offer both recreational and competitive classes. For those who want to have fun but learn the dance technique, we recommend the recreational classes. Competitive classes are for the serious dancer. Students will be taken to competitions in April and we require a full commitment from these students. Just for Kicks Instructors are in charge of placement for all classes and levels. If you are interested in competing, be sure to speak to one of our instructors!
We highly recommend ballet for anyone seriously interested in continuing with dance!
